Under directions from the Managing Director, the Branch Manager performs
- professional management and supervisory duties,
- stock management,
- sales,
- quality assurance,
- maintenance of margins,
- cleaning procedures and hygiene,
- staffing recommendations,
- Customer Care,
- Documentation of relevant information,
- preparation of profit and loss statements.
Qualifications
•Degree or diploma in Hotel Management ,Marketing or Food and Beverage. •At least 2years working experience in the hospitality industry. •Working in a restaurant in a Managerial position is an added advantage
