- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
- Actively participate in the operation of all F&B outlets in order to understand the outlet needs.
- Anticipate guest's needs, identifying issues and have the ability to quickly resolve problems while maintaining the quality of service
- Must be Able to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment
- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations and handle complaints, concerns and special request for guests, clients and group contacts.
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methods.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory.
- Observe physical conditions of facilities and equipment in the outlets and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as need it.
- Work harmoniously and professional with management and co-workers. - Must have at least 3 Years of F&B supervisory experience.
- Fine dining, full service hotel and multi outlets experience preferred.
- Have strong knowledge in food & beverage services, cost and labor control, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.
- Strong communication, organization, time management and leadership skills.
- Requires ability to input and access information into the property management system/computers/point of sales system (POS).
- Must be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines.
- Exert physical effort in lifting and transporting at least 50 pounds.
- Able to Push/Pull carts and other equipment up to 150 pounds.
- Required bending, standing and/or walking for long periods of time in hot conditions areas.
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
- Flexible shcedule is a must - AM / PM / Weekends / Holidays.
- Punctuality and regular attendance a must. |
