Role Summary/Purpose: The Senior Operations Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for field operations on self-implementation projects including site management, technical advisory services, EHS, Quality and commissioning execution on multiple e extended scope projects including the proposal phase through final acceptance

- Develop execution strategies including subcontracting structure and lead the subcontracting process, pre-qualifications, and negotiations

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

- At least 12 additional years of experience in the upstream petroleum industry particularly with minimum of 10 years ( at least 5 years as filed engineers) experience in Artificial lifts (SRP, PCP, ESP, GL), well operation, Production Operation and Management

- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position

Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible for maintaining quality standards by inspecting and approving in-process manufacturing, finished

Essential Responsibilities: The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

· Maintain Control over ISO documents using Documentum including assign DCO/ECO numbers, provide copies of procedures to individuals, checkout / check in procedure when required, and follow-up for DCO/ECO signature

· Perform, document, and report out on incoming inspections on critical or identified parts
· Assist in performing ISO required tasks, such as Internal Audit reports, External Audit report and communication of specific metrics
· Scan all DCO/ECO documents and save in specific location
· Assist with preparation, scheduling and conducting of internal quality audits
· Collect and report quality metrics to management
· Report any accidents or injuries while on the job
· Report any product issues to management that may affect functionality
Qualifications/Requirements: · Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience with a strong focus in quality)
